Mr. Agha Ahmed Shah (“Mr. Shah”) has over 35 years of banking experience in the field of Corporate Banking and Risk Management. During his career, Mr. Shah has worked with prominent banks including American Express Bank, ANZ Grindlays Bank and MCB Bank at various key positions. Mr. Shah has also served as the CEO of Pak Oman Investment Company and MCB Financial Services Ltd. Mr. Shah is a Certified Director from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance and he was also member of the Executive Committee of Pakistan Banks Association.
 
Mr. Shah during his professional career has served on the Board of different organizations including Pak Oman Investment Company, Pak Oman Asset Management Company, Pak Oman Micro Finance Bank, CNBC Pakistan and Matco Foods.
 
Mr. Shah holds Masters in Business Administration and also has attended international and local conferences/seminars, courses and training programs on Credit and Marketing, Corporate Finance, Economics and Project Financing etc.
