Mr. Aamir Zareef Khan has proven track record of 28 years ' varied work experience at national and international level in Banking, Development Financial Institutions, World Bank's project, Securities & Derivative Markets. Mr. Zareef has advanced level of knowledge and expertise in areas of Company Secretary/Corporate Secretariat, Legal, Compliance, Corporate & Investment Banking, Risk Management, Islamic Banking and Special Assets Management etc. and has professional acumen to identify vulnerabilities and create corrective actions to ensure effective organizational controls. Mr. Zareef's collaborative and team-oriented qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills had made him valuable resource to foster strategic partnerships and promote any organization reputation. Before joining Pak Libya, Mr. Zareef had served with HBL, NBP, EXIM Bank of Pakistan, Pakistan Mercantile Exchange, Lahore Stock Exchange and in one of the World's Bank Project with Government of Sindh-Investment Division and had also served as Chief Operating Officer/Regional Head at Dubai.

Mr. Muhammad Adil Ashfaq is a seasoned professional with over twenty (20) years of comprehensive experience across the banking and financial services sector, and a strong track record of technical expertise in financial reporting, taxation, business planning & strategy support, analytics, audit and compliance. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the reputable Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and a Junior Associate (Gold Medalist) of the Institute of Bankers Pakistan, where he qualified all 3 stages on the first attempt, a degree recognized by the UK Banking Institute. Prior to joining Pak Libya, he served as Senior Vice President (SVP)- Financial Reporting & Taxation at Soneri Bank Limited. Additionally, his professional career includes senior roles at notable audit firms like A. F. Ferguson & Co. (a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers-PWC) and Deloitte Yousuf Adil (a member firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu), while in the banking industry, he has served at key positions at Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan Limited, Silk Bank Limited and Summit Bank Limited (now Bank Makramah Limited).

Mr. Suhail Ahmed Faruqi is heading the Treasury and Fund Management Department. He has vast experience in Treasury dealing and has been associated with the Treasury departments of different financial institutions; he has over sixteen years of work experience and held key positions in the treasury departments of IDBP, Orix investment bank, Saudi Pak commercial bank, Alfalah Securities Pvt. Ltd. and Summit Capital Pvt. Ltd. Suhail holds a Master in Business Administration degree from College of Business Management.

Mr. M. Shakiluddin is a certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA- USA), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) from ISACA, Professional Accounting Affiliate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), Associate Public Accountant (APA) from Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (PIPFA) and also holds a Masters Degree in Economics from the University of Karachi. He completed four year articleship from Khalid Majid Rahman Sarfaraz Rahim Iqbal Rafiq Chartered Accountants and thereafter joined Pak-Libya in 2006. He excels in evaluating the control environment of the organization under internationally recognized criteria and requirements of all applicable laws and regulations on the financial sector. He also possesses a firm grip on system based audits and controls and the value that could be derived by the organization in implementing the same.

Ms. Tasneem Lotia , Head of Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance, Ms. Tasneem leads the bank's enterprise-wide risk management strategy, ensuring a robust framework that safeguards financial stability, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth. With over 20 years of experience in banking and financial services, Ms. Tasneem has a proven track record in managing credit, market, operational, and strategic risks. She is responsible for developing risk policies, overseeing risk assessment processes, and guiding the bank's leadership in making informed, risk-aware decisions. Under Ms. Tasneem's leadership, the Department works closely with all business units to balance innovation with prudent risk-taking, aligning with the bank's vision and regulatory requirements. Holding a Master's degree from the Institute of Business Administration, Ms. Tasneem is recognized for fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and resilience.

Mr. Junaid Islam serves as the Head of the Private Equity & Strategic Initiatives Department at Pak Libya Holding Company. He brings over 11 years of diversified experience across Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Public and Private Equity, and Strategic Financial Advisory. At Pak Libya, he leads the company’s private equity investments and public equity portfolio, focusing on value creation, financial performance, and strategic growth. Prior to joining Pak Libya, Mr. Islam held senior roles at Dubai Islamic Bank, Pak China Investment Company, and Habib Metropolitan Financial Services, where he was involved in major debt syndication, equity, and advisory transactions across multiple sectors. A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), he has also received professional training in project finance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Mr. Syed Saqib Hussain Rizvi is heading Information Technology Department and has over 22 years of experience in the field of Information Technology, especially Database Management.His exposure comprises of overall IT infrastructure deployment, procurement, application software development, Database management. He has attended many Oracle database development & management courses and trainings along with the internationally recognized trainings of ITIL & CISM.

Ms. Aamna Rehman, possesses over 12 years of enriched experience in Human Resource Management, particularly in financial institutions of Pakistan. She also has experience of managing Human Resource in an organization based in Dubai. Her expertise encompasses talent acquisition, performance management, HR budgeting, career management, succession planning, organizational development, HR projects, policy formulation, and organizational HR structuring. She has been associated with Pak Libya Holding Company (PLHC) since 2022 in a senior HR professional role and has been actively managing the HR function of the company. Prior to joining PLHC, Ms. Rehman served in senior HR positions at PAIR Investment Company Limited. Earlier in her career, she worked with Adonis Decor L.L.C., Dubai Islamic Bank, and Orient Advertising. She holds a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) qualification from NED University of Engineering and Technology and a Master's degree in International Relations from University of Karachi.
