The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has launched the 'Sunwai' Portal and Mobile App, aiming to enhance the efficiency and fairness of the banking system. This innovative service is designed to help customers easily lodge complaints with Banks, DFIs, and MFBs.
How to Access Sunwai
Customers can conveniently access the Sunwai portal via web browsers or download the mobile app, available on both Android and iOS platforms.

Submit your complaint via a letter/application or use the prescribed “Complaint / Feedback / Suggestion Form” available at the Reception Counter. All types of complaints will be accepted by the Receptionist if delivered in person.
