Mr. Ramadan A. Haggiagi Chairman

Mr. Ramadan A. Haggiagi is a senior executive with over 26 years of broad based international experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Portfolio and Asset Management.

Mr. Haggiagi worked for Libya Foreign Investment Company, Libya (LFICO) from 1987 to 2007. During that period, he performed his duties at various professionally challenging positions and gained rich experience. He was associated with this Company i.e. Pak Libya Holding Company (Pvt.) Ltd as representative of Libyan Foreign Investment Company from 1989 to 1995 and from 1997 – 2003 in various capacities. He also served as Chairman of Pak-Libya from 2007 to 2009. LFICO assigned him the responsibilities as the Head of Portfolio Investment Department in 2003 where he was managing over USD 1.0 billion portfolio comprising of real estate and asset management.

In 2007, Mr. Haggiagi joined Libya Africa Investment Portfolio (LAP) as the Head of Portfolio Investment and currently managing USD 1.3 billion assets in Libya, Africa and Europe.
